Consultation
Begin with a complimentary, no-obligation consultation. During this time, we’ll discuss your space, your goals, and the areas of your home that feel most overwhelming. Following our conversation, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining the recommended scope, timeline, and investment. Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign our Service Agreement, place your deposit, and your project will be scheduled.
Project Planning
Each Valkyrie Living project is carefully planned to ensure a seamless experience. Prior to your session, we’ll confirm style preferences, functionality goals, budget considerations, and any product needs specific to your space. Product sourcing and preparation are handled in advance so your organizing session is efficient, intentional, and unhurried.
Pre-Session Preparation
Ahead of your scheduled session, all project details are finalized and your organizing plan is reviewed. You’ll receive a brief confirmation prior to your session to ensure timing and expectations are clear.
Organizing Session
On the day of your session, your organizing team will lead you through a structured, respectful process of sorting, editing, organizing, labeling, and refining your space. At the conclusion of the session, you’ll be guided through your newly organized areas and provided with practical tips to help maintain the systems moving forward.
Post-Session Follow-Up
After your session, we’ll follow up to ensure everything feels complete and aligned with your expectations. Final invoicing is handled after services are rendered. From there, you’re free to enjoy the calm, clarity, and ease of your newly refreshed spaces.
